Individual Therapy – $100 per 50-minute session

Couples Therapy – $125 per 50-minute session

Family Therapy – Rates vary depending on structure and session length. Please reach out to discuss your family’s needs.

Payment Details

Secure Payments: All payments are processed safely through Stripe, a trusted and secure online payment platform.

Due at Time of Session: Payment is expected at the time of each session. You’ll receive a simple link to complete your payment with ease.

Sliding Scale Options

I believe that healing should be available to everyone—regardless of financial situation.

A limited number of sliding scale spots are available for clients experiencing financial hardship. If you're in need of reduced-rate therapy, please don’t hesitate to reach out and discuss what might work for your budget.

Insurance & Reimbursement

To provide the highest level of privacy, flexibility, and personalized care, I do not bill insurance directly.

This allows us to work together without needing a diagnosis or limiting the number of sessions; Ensure your information stays 100% confidential—no third-party involvement; Focus fully on what truly matters to you, not just what’s reimbursable.

If you have out-of-network benefits, I’m happy to provide a superbill to support you in seeking reimbursement from your provider.
