About Me
Hi there! I’m Cassie, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist — and someone who knows firsthand that life can get wonderfully complicated. I grew up in Ohio, spent five sunny years in Southern California, and now call Central New York home. I’ve grown to love the rhythm of the seasons here — from cozy fall days with apple cider to snowy winters that call for a good book and blanket. Outside of my work, I’m navigating the ups and downs of a blended family with four children (including three amazing step-kids), so I truly understand the challenges and beauty that come with family dynamics.
In my practice, I provide compassionate, person-centered care to individuals, couples, and families at all stages of life. I specialize in supporting clients working through trauma, relationship struggles, and neurodivergence, including ADHD and autism. My approach is strengths- and attachment-based, which means I focus on building a trusting relationship that honors your story, celebrates your strengths, and meets your unique needs.
As a Christian, my faith shapes the way I show up — grounded in grace, empathy, and the belief that healing is always possible. That said, I welcome clients from every background. Whether faith is central to your journey or not, my goal is to create a space where you feel respected, understood, and empowered.
Therapy isn’t about “fixing” you — it’s about walking alongside you as you move toward healing, growth, and deeper connection with yourself and the people you love. You don’t have to do this alone, and I’d be honored to journey with you.
